Format

The TFF3 protein was lyophilized from 0.4um filtered solution at a concentration of 0.5mg/mL containing 20mM Tris pH-7.5 and 150mM NaCl. Physical appearance: White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Reconstitution

Lyophilized TFF3 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution TFF3 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0. 1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
