CK2 Holoenzyme is supplied 0.5mg/1ml in 25mM Tris-HCl, 500mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, 500 uM PMSF, 5% glycerol, pH 8.5. Physical appearance: Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Reconstitution

Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
