Dengue Premembrane Protein
Product Specifications
Reactivity
Dengue Virus 2
Target
Recombinant dengue 2 premembrane is a whole length peptide expressed from E. coil with 18kDa in size. PreM is considered as a signal peptide responsible for dengue envelope translocation in cells. Experiment showed it can elicit protective immune response, it is considered as a potential target for vaccine development. Recombinant dengue 2 PreM is fused with a 6xHis tag.
