Applications Notes
The binding characterization of this antibody to human glypican-1 was determined using ELISA. This antibody was used as a capture antibody in a double antibody sandwich ELISA for the detection of glypican-1 in exosomes. The detection antibody was an anti-glypican 1 rabbit polyclonal antibody (CN111187350) .
