Bioactivity

The ED50 of CXCL14 as determined by its ability to induce calcium flux of prostaglandin E2 treated THP1 human acute monocytic leukemia cells was 1.0-10.0 ng/ml.

Reconstitution

Lyophilized CXCL14 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution CXCL14 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
