Store short-term from 4° C to -20° C. Store long-term at -80° C. Can be frozen and thawed, but avoid excessive freeze/thaw cycles.
Preparation
Vero cells infected with Zika virus were harvested 7 days post infection, and collected cell debris was lysed in PBS containing 1% Triton-X-100. Then, lysate was cleared by centrifugation and heat inactivated at 56° C for 1 hour.
