Dinutuximab Antibody
Dinutuximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody designed to target GD2, a disialoganglioside highly expressed on neuroblastoma cells. It is used in research for high-risk neuroblastoma, with applications in studying antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) in both in vitro and in vivo models.
