Obrixtamig Antibody
Obrixtamig is a humanized bispecific antibody of the IgG1 subclass, engineered with kappa and lambda light chains, that specifically targets CD3e on T cells and HEK. It is utilized in preclinical research for investigating T-cell engagement and redirecting cytotoxicity in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo oncology models.
