Mipletamig Antibody

Mipletamig is a bispecific chimeric antibody targeting CD3E, constructed from human and humanized components with a [ (scFv -κ-heavy) G1-h-CH2-CH3 (scFv-heavy -κ) ]2 format. It is a research tool used in vitro and in vivo to study T-cell engagement and activation in immunology and oncology research.
