Ansipastobart is a humanized IgG1λ2 monoclonal antibody targeting NT5E (CD73), with a corresponding Human IgG1λ2 Isotype Control. It is used in research to investigate the role of CD73 in adenosine-mediated immunosuppression in cancer, applicable for both in vitro binding assays and in vivo tumor model studies.
