Safimestomig is a bispecific IgG4κ antibody targeting CD47 and CD274 (PD-L1) . Its isotype control is Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa. This compound is used in research to investigate dual checkpoint blockade in oncology, applicable for both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
