Pasritamig is a bispecific T-cell engager antibody designed to target kallikrein 2 (KLK2) and CD3E. Its IgG1-scFv format facilitates the redirection of T-cells against KLK2-expressing cells, supporting research in prostate cancer immunotherapy for in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo efficacy studies.
