RSRC1 Antibody

Arginine/serine-rich coiled-coil 1; arginine/serine-rich coiled-coil protein 1; BM-011; MRT70; serine/Arginine-related protein 53; SFRS21; splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 21; SRrp53.

RSRC1 antibody was raised against a 19 amino acid synthetic peptide near the carboxy terminus of human RSRC1. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of RSRC1.

Plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing. Involved in both constitutive and alternative pre-mRNA splicing. May have a role in the recognition of the 3' splice site during the second step of splicing.

RSRC1 antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
