PLEKHM2 Antibody

Novel RUN and PH domain-containing protein; PH domain-containing family M member 2; pleckstrin homology domain containing, family M (with RUN domain) member 2; pleckstrin homology domain-containing family M member 2; Salmonella-induced filaments A and kinesin-interacting protein; SifA (Salmonella-induced filaments A) and kinesin-interacting protein; SKIP.

PLEKHM2 antibody was raised against a 17 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human PLEKHM2. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of PLEKHM2.

May play a role in the regulation of conventional kinesin activity. Required for maintenance of the Golgi apparatus organization. May play a role in membrane tubulation (PubMed:15905402) . May play a role in lysosomes movement and localization at the cell periphery (PubMed:25898167) .

PLEKHM2 antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
