MACC1 antibody was raised against a 17 amino acid synthetic peptide near the center of human MACC1. The immunogen is located within amino acids 430 - 480 of MACC1.

Acts as a transcription activator for MET and as a key regulator of HGF-MET signaling. Promotes cell motility, proliferation and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) -dependent scattering in vitro and tumor growth and metastasis in vivo.

MACC1 antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
