PDCD5 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the amino terminus of human PDCD5. The immunogen is located within the first 50 amino acids of PDCD5.

Target

May act as a mediator of stress-activated signals. Mediates the inhibition of SLC4A4, SLC26A6 as well as CFTR activities by the WNK scaffolds, probably through phosphorylation.
