TNPO3 antibody was raised against a 18 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the amino terminus of human TNPO3. The immunogen is located within amino acids 220 - 270 of TNPO3.

Seems to function in nuclear protein import as nuclear transport receptor. In vitro, mediates the nuclear import of splicing factor SR proteins RBM4, SFRS1 and SFRS2, by recognizing phosphorylated RS domains.

TNPO3 antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
