Anti-PD-L2 antibody (4063) was raised against a peptide corresponding to 16 amino acids near the center of human PD-L2. The immunogen is located within amino acids 140-190 of PD-L2.

Involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production (By similarity) .

PDL-2 antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
