TNFRSF14 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the amino terminus of human TNFRSF14. The immunogen is located within amino acids 20 - 70 of TNFRSF14.

Receptor for BTLA. Receptor for TNFSF14/LIGHT and homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha. Involved in lymphocyte activation. Plays an important role in HSV pathogenesis because it enhanced the entry of several wild-type HSV strains of both serotypes into CHO cells, and mediated HSV entry into activated human T-cells.

TNFRSF14 antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
