F1AA; F1A-ALPHA; FEM1-beta; FEM-1-like death receptor binding protein; fem-1-like death receptor-binding protein alpha; fem-1-like in apoptotic pathway protein alpha; protein fem-1 homolog B.

F1A antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human F1A. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of F1A alpha.

Component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, in which it may act as a substrate recognition subunit. Involved in apoptosis by acting as a death receptor-associated protein that mediates apoptosis. Also involved in glucose homeostasis in pancreatic islet. Functions as an adapter/mediator in replication stress-induced signaling that leads to the activation of CHEK1.

F1A alpha antibody can be stored at 4C, stable for one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
