Applications Notes
This antibody was used for cytokine staining of activated CD4+ T cells in immunofluorescence (IF) (Xiao et al., 2012; PMID: 22842344) and for intracellular staining of Naïve CD4 T cells that were cultured under Th17- conditions in flow cytometry (FC) (Suzuki et al., 2013; PMID: 23613936) . This antibody is predominantly used in FC as an intracellular IL-17F staining agent (Lee et al., 2020; PMID: 31866067) (Shao et al., 2019; PMID: 30870622) (Bapat et al., 2022; PMID: 35355021) .
