Itanistomig is a bispecific antibody targeting CD274 (PD-L1) and CD47, with a (VH-G1CH1-h) -H-γ1_L-κ-L-κ architecture. It is used in immuno-oncology research to investigate dual checkpoint blockade in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo tumor model studies.
