Midaglizole hydrochloride ((±) -DG5128, DG5128) is a potent α2-adrenoceptor antagonist. Midaglizole hydrochloride is a hypoglycemic agent. Midaglizole hydrochloride increases blood pressure and reduces blood glucose levels in vivo[1][2][3].
