A-type potassium channel modulatory protein 3; calsenilin; calsenilin, presenilin-binding protein, EF hand transcription factor; CSEN; DREAM; DRE-antagonist modulator; KCHIP3; Kv channel interacting protein 3, calsenilin; kv channel-interacting protein 3; potassium channel interacting protein 3.

Calcium-dependent transcriptional repressor that binds to the DRE element of genes including PDYN and FOS. Affinity for DNA is reduced upon binding to calcium and enhanced by binding to magnesium. Seems to be involved in nociception (By similarity) .

The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
