Sobuzoxane
Sobuzoxane (MST-16) is an orally active topoisomerase II inhibitor. Sobuzoxane causes irreversible inhibition of cell division. Sobuzoxane can be used in the study of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that is resistant to conventional chemotherapy or has recurred[1].
