LY 3000328 (Cathepsin S inhibitor) may slow or prevent abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) expansion and/or reduce the risk of AAA rupture by inhibiting cathepsin S-mediated degradation of extracellular matrix proteins, elastin and collagen.
