Para-Nitroblebbistatin is a derivative of Blebbistatin and an inhibitor of myosin II. para-Nitroblebbistatin is photostable, non-cytotoxic, and non-phototoxic. para-Nitroblebbistatin can serve as an ideal substitute for Blebbistatin (HY-13813) to study the role of myosin II in physiology, development, and cell biology[1][2].
