EGFR/HER2/TS-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of EGFR (IC50: 0.173 ?M), HER2 (IC50: 0.125 ?M) and TS (IC50: 1.12 ?M) . EGFR/HER2/TS-IN-2 exhibited cytotoxic effects on MDA-MB-231 cancer cells (IC50: 1.69 ?M) .
