This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of lipoprotein lipids or phospholipids. The compound has research potential in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), as well as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and cardiovascular diseases like atherosclerosis[1].
