[1] Osunprotafib (ABBV-CLS-484) stimulates the tumor microenvironment and promotes natural killer cell and CD8 T cell function and enhances T cell anti-tumor immunity by enhancing JAK-STAT signaling and reducing T cell dysfunction. [2]
