SBI-581 is an orally active, potent selective inhibitor of serine-threonine kinase TAO3, with an IC 50 of 42 nM. It effectively promotes the accumulation of TKS5? at RAB11-positive vesicles and inhibits the formation of invadopodia. Additionally, SBI-581 exhibits reasonable pharmacokinetics in mice when administered via IP injection, demonstrating significant antitumor activity [1].
