DDO-02005 (free base), a potent Kv1.5 potassium channel inhibitor, demonstrates an IC 50 of 0.72 ?M. It exhibits effective anti-atrial fibrillation (AF) properties in the CaCl2-ACh AF rat model and anti-arrhythmic activity against aconitine-induced arrhythmias [1].
