THK-5470 is an imaging probe of monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) with high selective binding property and high affinity that could be used in neurological diseases study. THK-5470 exhibits significantly high binding affinity against MAO-B with an IC50 value of 4.2 nM as well as low binding affinity against tau with an IC50 value of 4462 nM.
