S-Nitrosylated binding (SNOB) proceeds rapidly on surface proteins or cell lysates under normal physiological conditions. Proteins tagged with SNOB 1 Reagent can be analyzed using avidin-linked probes (e.g., by immunoblot) or by mass spectrometry.
