(Sar1) -Angiotensin II acetate

(Sar1) -Angiotensin II acetate, an analogue of Angiotensin II, is a specific agonist of angiotensin AT1 receptor. It binds to brain membrane-rich particles, with a Kd of 2.7 nM. It can stimulate protein synthesis and cell growth in embryonic chick myocytes.
