Avermectin B1a aglycone is an aglycone form of the anthelmintic and insecticide avermectin B1a . It hyperpolarizes P. crassipes muscle fibers with a minimum active concentration (MAC) value of 0.1 ?M. Avermectin B1a aglycone decreases survival of C. elegans (MAC = 0.1 ?M) .
