ONO 4007 is a novel synthetic low-toxicity lipid A analog that stimulates the production of tumor necrosis factor-α in tumor tissues, resulting in the rejection of transplanted rat hepatocellular carcinoma cells. ONO-4007 has been shown to have a therapeutic effect in the treatment of TNF-α-sensitive tumors and tumor eradication.
