DOX−NOP1 HCl

DOX−NOP1 is a molecular hybrid covalently joining doxorubicin (DOX) and NOP1. DOX−NOP1 showed similar increased toxicity toward resistant cancer cells and, in addition, lower cardiotoxicity than DOX.
