Oxysophocarpine is an alkaloid extracted from Sophora alopecuroides. Oxysophocarpine has neuroprotective and anti-nociceptive effects on the central and peripheral nervous systems[1]. Oxysophocarpine inhibits the growth and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) [2].
