FTY720 (S) -Phosphate binds to S1P receptor subtypes S1P1, S1P3, S1P4, and S1P5 with Ki values of 2.1, 5.9, 23, and 2.2 nM respectively, causing receptor internalization on lymphocytes, preventing S1P-mediated lymphocyte egress from lymphoid tissues.
