Depatuxizumab mafodotin (Depatux-M) is an EGFR-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for glioblastoma research. It delivers the cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) to tumor cells, and its efficacy has been evaluated in both in vitro assays and in vivo xenograft models.
