Ecromeximab MMAE Antibody
This research-grade antibody-drug conjugate, ecromeximab-MMAE, is a human IgG1/kappa anti-GD3 monoclonal antibody produced in CHO cells and conjugated to the cytotoxic agent MMAE, with an approximate molecular weight of 145.26 kDa. It is utilized in preclinical oncology research for investigating targeted cytotoxicity in both in vitro and in vivo models against GD3-expressing cancers.
