H-Tyr-OMe
H-Tyr-OMe is an endogenous metabolite. H-Tyr-OMe quenches the fluorescence of carbon dots by oxidizing the phenolic hydroxyl group to quinone under the catalysis of Tyrosinase, and its amino and thiol binding ability can respond to changes in the concentration of biothiols[1][2].
