Applications Notes
Positive Control: Normal prostate tissue or skin. Pre-Treatment: Use formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections; Retrieval conditions: Unmasking fluid T, TEC buffer (Tris/EDTA/Citrate) pH 8 (Art. No. DE005) in a pressure cooker at 100°C 20-40 minutes. Incubation Time: 30-60 min
