MCU-i11

MCU-i11 is a negative regulator of the mitochondrial calcium uniporter (MCU) complex. MCU-i11 can reduce mitochondrial Ca2+ uptake. MCU-i11 impairs muscle cell growth. MCU-i11 can be used to study breast cancer, cervical cancer and neurological diseases[1][2][3].
