The recombinant human GHRH is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 29 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 3358 Dalton. Corresponds to the amino-terminal segment of the naturally occurring human growth hormone-releasing hormone consisting of 44 amino acid residues. rhGHRH is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
