Western blotting (1-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Jurkat cell lysate (Cat.# 2401-100) and mouse small intestine tissue lysate (Cat.# 2601-100) can be used as a positive controls. The antibody recognizes 39 kDa Wnt-4 of human, mouse and rat origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
