Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (20-25 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (20-25 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects 56 kDa Lck protein from samples of human, mouse, rat origins. A low band ~25 kDa can also be detected, presumably to be a cleavage fragment of Lck.
