Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (10-20 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (15-25 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes ~60 kDa PDK1 of human, mouse, and rat origins. A ~33 kDa cleavage fragment can also been recognized. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
