Western blot analysis (0.5-5 µg/ml) also works well in immunoprecipitation (20 µg/ml) and Immunohistochemistry (20 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects the full length (22 kDa) mouse Bid. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
